I don't understand how no code change can fix an issue. Is it fixed by another OP or OBMFULL ?

Am I right with these steps ?
Have several email in usera mailbox. A smartphone (which one ?) synchronize emails
- Switch off the smartphone
- Delete one or several emails in usera mailbox
- Switch on the smartphone
- An exception "Cannot find expected response in imap results" appears in the logs NOK
- Synchronization on the smartphone loops and never ends NOK
- No exception OK
- Synchronization ends and emails retrieved normally on the smartphone OK
And did you reproduce this with OPush 3.0.1 (and which smartphone) ?
